My son called home for this recipe his favorite is chocolate. He couldn't believe I didn't use the box stuff.. LOL Then he said ahhh Mom must be older than boxes... Then I had to tell him he was paying for the box too... Enjoy! Here's a homemade mix for puddings: <div> </div><div>Pudding Mix</div><div> </div><div>1/2 C. cornstarch</div><div>1 C. flour</div><div>1 1/2 C. Sugar </div><div>1 tsp. salt</div><div> </div><div>Mix ingredients well and store in sealed container.</div><div> </div><div>Vanilla Pudding:</div><div>3 C. Milk</div><div>3/4 C. pudding mix</div><div>2 eggs, beaten</div><div>2 Tblsp. butter</div><div>2 tsp. vanilla</div><div> </div><div>In medium saucepan, beat eggs and add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cook for 1 minute.</div><div> </div><div>Chocolate Pudding:</div><div>3 C.
