2 T whole grain mustard
2 T steak sauce
2 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
1 t rosemary, rubbed
1 t steak seasoning
1 small chuck roast

My original recipe calls for adding flour to thicken the stew, but I am not very fond of thickening very many dishes. I prefer a lot of broth, and feel that the potatoes thicken this enough.

The marinade gave this jerky excellent flavor! I think my dehydrator is set at a higher heat that is normally recommended for jerky. The final result was a little dry, but still tender and very flavorful. . . .
