This recipe is very close to the homemade white bread my mom used to make. I made my version a little simpler by cutting the recipe in half, starting the dough in the bread machine and I used olive oil . . .

I also love this recipe for it's simplicity, 5-10 minute prep time, and the almost endless flavor possibilities from using different varietals of beer. . . .

This is the bread recipe I use the most. It makes an incredible loaf, and is much easier than traditional loaves since it is started in the bread machine. It is actually from the Pillsbury flour bag. . . .
